1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a full refund

◈ 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return
any item, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
No reason is required.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse
returns that do not meet these conditions.

a return. We will provide return instructions within
2 business days.

◈ 4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are
processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

◈ 5. EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
· Personalized or custom-made products
· Intimate apparel or hygiene items (if unsealed)
· Digital products
